The grapes for our Estate Collection Napa Valley Chardonnay are grown in a single vineyard in south Napa. They were harvested from three blocks and are a combination of Dijon and Clone 4. The grapes spend afternoons in temperatures warmer than the valley floor, but the mornings and evenings are spent in fog with cool, marine breezes ultimately helping to evenly ripen the grapes. This area is ideal for producing Chardonnay with bright acidity and creamy, citrus flavors.Bright stone fruit flavors with a hint of violet and honeysuckle waft from the glass. Citrus flavors of lemon and lime compliment the peach and apricots notes with a lovely touch of honey and white pepper. The mouthfeel is creamy and nicely balanced and the finish is refreshing.

The grapes for this Meritage are grown in the famed Napa Valley appellation across five vineyards. The Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the hillsides surrounding Rutherford and produces nice, concentrated fruit. The Merlot and Cabernet Franc are from vineyards on the east side of St. Helena while the Malbec and Petit Verdot are both grown within the Rutherford AVA which has heavier soils and provides more structure to the wine.A dark purple in the glass, aromas of cherry, strawberry and mocha greet the nose with a touch of earthiness. This is a full-bodied wine with a weighted palate and raspberry, bakers chocolate, cassis and toasted oak flavors. Juicy tannins and balanced acidity are followed by a long, lingering finish.
Our Small Lot Collection Petite Sirah grapes are from our Biodynamic and organically grown Estate vineyard in Rutherford. The Petit Verdot is also from another grower within Rutherford. The Petite Sirah has intense tannins with a good grip and is blended with the Malbec and Petit Verdot to balance out the wine. After extended maceration, the wine was aged for 18 months in 44% new Seguin Moreau and Ermitage French oak barrels before bottling unfined and unfiltered.
Our Small Lot Collection Syrah grapes come from a single vineyard in the Oak Knoll AVA. The vines are planted to Fagan clay loam formed from shale and sandstone. The vineyard sits at 350 feet on a western facing hillside location which allows the Syrah to become ripe without over ripening.Small Lot Napa Valley Syrah is a beautiful dark ruby red color in the glass. Enticing aromas of dark fruits, hazelnut and a touch of oak waft from the glass. Bold flavors of baked plum, warm blueberry pie and baking spice coat the palate. The rich, well-rounded mouthfeel leads to a lingering finish.
