The grapes for this Generations Chardonnay come from two vineyards, one in Jameson Canyon and the other, which sits at 1,400 feet in elevation, is in the Atlas Peak appellation. The Jameson Canyon vineyard is planted on rolling hills with cooling winds from the nearby Pacific Ocean that provide a long, cool growing season enhancing the intensity of the Chardonnay flavors and maintaining bright, balanced acidity.
